Horrible communication, if they are unable to fix something they just stop responding to emails... My HDD is in the shop for 4 months and still nothing. I hope other have better experience, however, if you can don't use this service

Called on Saturday for pick up at my address on monday, they didnt show nor call, after an hour I called back and they wrote the wrong address. We then arranged another time on Tuesday at noon, and after another hour I called, and they have since refused to answer their phone. No communication whatsoever.

I rang the doorbell like 10 times and no-one ever answered. Also the location is so confusing... where is this place even?? Is it inside an apartment? What the hell.
